HAK Gifts' aggregate liability and the sole remedy available to the customer/user, whether in
law, equity, or otherwise, for the use or inability to use the Products, offers, or in the case of
any deficiency of service, quality issues, product expiry, any adverse health
complications/allergies due to the consumption of products, and/or for any violation of this
Agreement, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for purchases made through
the platform. This total amount excludes any applicable taxes and delivery/shipping fees.

circumstances, whether in contract or in tort, for any indirect, special, incidental, or
