Refund Policy
a. Sample Returns: Samples purchased must be returned undamaged with its
original packaging in good condition within seven days.

b. Personalized Items: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for
personalized items.

c. Order Accuracy: Please verify all product options, including design, colour,
and size, before confirming your order. We cannot accept return claims after
order confirmation.

d. Order Cancellation: Once production has started, order cancellation is not
possible. Depending on the cancellation timing, the customer will be Invoiced
for all related costs.

e. Proof Approval: Carefully review and approve proofs or mock-ups before
production; your approval signifies acceptance of the design and details.

f. Damaged Items: Any claims for items received in damaged condition must
be reported within three working days, accompanied by valid proof.
